Lil Love Bugs Daycare Center is founded by Irene Hamilton-Sparkman, a lifelong Detroiter who grew up only a few blocks away from her new center. With more than 23 years of childcare experience, Hamilton-Sparkman began her journey in early childhood education through Head Start and later launched a licensed home daycare in 2018.
